An update on our grounds maintenance service

To that end, we have spent some time reviewing our options around the delivery of our grounds maintenance service. One of those was that we bring this service in-house.

There’s a number of reasons why we want to do this:

  • the feedback from our repairs consultation last year was that you prefer when our in-house team deliver services, rather than a contractor
  • we retain greater control over the quality and delivery
  • the quality of this service has a large impact on you and the communities in which you live

Our Board have now approved the proposal of us bringing this in-house. We have now informed idverde that we will begin delivering the service in-house from February 2024.

We look forward to improving this service for you and will provide further updates over the coming months.
